Following an on-site survey, the plans are drawn using the latest CAD software, and can be delivered in various formats according to the wishes of the client. All plans are drawn to the appropriate scales and required standards in accordance with the Land Registry Practice Guide 40, and include an Ordnance Survey location map.

We can also provide compliant plans for easements and boundary determination, and in some cases it is possible for us to convert your own drawings.
